We accept returns on all items, excluding sale and custom pieces. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your order receipt. Item(s) must be in original condition, showing no signs of damage or use, and all jewelry boxes, bags, and pouches should be returned with the item(s).
Refunds include the price of the item(s) and any applicable tax. Any additional costs such as for rush/expedited orders or customized plating colors will not be included in the refund. Shipping and handling costs are not included in any refund unless the returned item(s) arrived damaged. The customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipments unless the item has arrived damaged.
Returns will be processed as quickly as possible and, in most cases, all refunds should occur within 1-3 Business Days of receiving returned item(s). WE CANNOT PROCESS REFUNDS MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
Malick & Grace ships all orders with insurance so please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of any damaged goods so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to examine the product upon arrival to ensure it is free of any defect. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.
Taxes/Duties/Refused Shipments (for International Shipments):
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Malick & Grace is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Malick & Grace, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.
Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases:
When you place an order for an item displayed on this site, you are making an offer of purchase. If Malick & Grace accepts that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. No substitutions will be made without customer approval.
Please note that an additional charge may ensue for various reasons. A “rush charge” will be implemented on items that require an expedited manner, whether for holiday or initiation arrival. We work with our team and manufacturers to produce and send orders in a prompt fashion for any special occasion. We also charge an extra fee for any custom plating color or thickness or any special sizing requests.
We attempt to ship all orders promptly but shipping times vary due to availability of product. In most cases, “In Stock” orders will be processed immediately and will ship out within two (2) to three (3) business days, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. Most Malick & Grace jewelry items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. Custom antique pieces may take 4-6 weeks for production. Express and overnight shipping is available for “in stock” items and/or certain products. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines; Malick & Grace cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met.
